ENTRY FORMS

There are NO entry forms.  Registration is done at Regatta Central.  Hurry while lane capacity lasts!  Deadline is Saturday June 23rd at 11:59pm.  Waivers should be printed and completed prior to race day for presentation at registration on the morning of the race.

PLEASE NOTE:

• ENTRY DEADLINE AT REGATTA CENTRAL IS SATURDAY NIGHT JUNE 23rd at 11:59pm.

• You can pay for your registrations at RC, or by check or money order payable to MRRA. 

• No phone entries accepted, no mail entries accepted.  If you've accidentally mailed an envelope with papyrus forms and a check to our PO Box, start over and proceed directly to Regatta Central.  The PO Box will not be checked in time to accommodate your mailing.  Cancel the mailed check and bring a new one to race day if you don't wish to pay online at RC.

• Late registrations are subject to lane availability and all the other things going on during the days leading up to the Regatta.  We make no promises that we can accept late entries. 

• Scratches will not receive refunds after the deadline.  Prior to the deadline, you can handle your own scratches at RC.

• Heat information and entry confirmation can be obtained by visiting our website between Wednesday prior to the regatta date at www.merrimackrowing.org.

NO FORMS THIS YEAR -- REGISTRATION IS ON-LINE AT REGATTA CENTRAL.
	US Rowing Waiver (PDF) WAIVER NOT REQUIRED IF YOUR CLUB IS A USRA MEMBER.  OTHERWISE, COACHES WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A COVER SHEET FOR THEIR FLEET ATTESTING THAT YOU ARE SUPPLYING WAIVERS FOR ALL OF THEIR ROWERS.  RESPONSIBILITY FOR WAIVER COMPLIANCE HAS BEEN SHIFTED TO COACHES.  Please bring waivers to registration, do not mail them.  Blank waivers will be available at registration.
